To guarantee the highest quality, we have invested in high-speed, modern, and intelligent machines from renowned global manufacturers. Our manufacturing process ensures stability, accuracy, and optimal performance at every stage.
Our production cycle is fully integrated — we print, die-cut, form, and package in-house. This allows us to control every step of the process and guarantee uncompromising quality in the final product. We provide full traceability and take responsibility for every part of the manufacturing process — from raw material to finished cup.

Production Capacity
Our production is based on the principles of continuous improvement and intelligent management. Through programs focused on employee engagement and development, as well as optimized workplace organization, we ensure consistently excellent quality, high production output, and fully reliable deliveries.
We invest sustainably in state-of-the-art technologies and automation.
Our capabilities include:
– High-speed six-color flexographic printing machine for perfect prints;
– High-speed HEAVY DUTY die-cutting and scoring machine for paper rolls;
– Paper forming machines with a speed of 150–200 pcs/min;
– Double-wall cup production machines;
– Automatic packaging line.
This technological setup provides a production capacity of 500,000 cups per day, giving additional security and reliability for our clients and partners, who can confidently rely on us for their business growth.
Our production line is registered as a Utility Model – “Technological line for the production of paper cups” with the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, Reg. No.: 4599 U1.
Our manufacturing process is registered with the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA), ensuring compliance with high standards of quality and safety.

We deliver quickly and reliably throughout the country and, when needed, internationally. For designs available in stock, delivery within Bulgaria takes up to 2 business days.
